In their own words
Please describe your visual merchandising scheme.
We have a beautiful warm and inviting store where everyone feels at home as soon as they walk in the door. The furniture is displayed in settings throughout the rooms, showcasing many different options available and the most beautiful accessories with it. We feature stunning chandeliers and an area displaying elegant drapes of all colors and patterns. We also are an exclusive dealer in our area selected, featuring the HGTV Design Center. This is where the magic happens. Our clients can sit with the designers and customize items to meet their families needs.”
What is the best retail idea you ever implemented that helped boost your sales/profits?
Providing excellent customer service and taking the time to learn, adjust, listen to the customers, so we can continue to grow. Teaching patience and allowing our customers to feel and see how much we want to listen and care about them and their families. We take pride in knowing they allowed us to be a part of their furniture and design journey!”
