Fictions is an immersive digital expertise created by Collectif des Créateurs Canadiens and curated by Nicolas Bellavance-Lecompte, who himself is a Montreal native. Unveiling Thursday, April twenty second, the digital exhibition will showcase new and unique works by eight Canadian designers: Atelier Zébulon Perron, Claste Assortment, David Umemoto, Lambert & Fils, Loïc Bard, Pascale Girardin, SSSVLL and Yannick Pouliot.
13 items are positioned inside a nondescript post-apocalyptic setting set throughout the coronary heart of Montreal, every of which exploring the multidimensional aspects of form, materiality, and performance. As described by Laurence Gélinas, govt director of CCC, ““Fictions takes guests on an intriguing and mysterious journey, that includes eight designers and artists who pay tribute to the material of Montreal.
