Karol Sullins joins Dallas Market Center

DALLAS – Dallas Market Center has named Karol Sullins executive director of leasing for Total Home & Gift Temps. Sullins joins Dallas Market Center from AmericasMart Atlanta, where she served as a senior manager of Atlanta’s High Design and Antiques collections.

Sullins is responsible for the strategic prospecting and leasing of High Style Dallas and Antiques, new additions to the Temps marketplace debuting in June, as well as the Home, Garden, Body & Spa and Him collections. She reports to Jo Ann Miller Marshall, senior vice president of temps leasing.

High Style Dallas, the newest collection at the show, will feature innovative and design-driven, home and lifestyle merchandise from all product categories along with original artwork. High Style Dallas will be located on the 10th floor of the World Trade Center. The Antiques collection will include one of-a-kind antique furniture, accents, original artwork, fine prints, lighting, heirloom jewelry, decorative objects, silver, china, architectural elements and mid-century modern decor. IMC hires design services manager for AmericasMart

ATLANTA — International Market Centers has hired a new design services manager, Caroline Russell, who will focus on driving Open Daily and at-market attendance of designers and home retailers to AmericasMart and providing on-site customer service once they arrive.

Russell is the direct liaison between AmericasMart and the local design community, with a specific focus on Open Year Round showrooms. She also serves as concierge to AmericasMart visitors in the Designer Workspace, IMC’s designated gathering space for designers to meet, conduct business and ask questions.

Russell will oversee the Designer Workspace daily and is available during six 2022 “Market Wednesday” events — Feb. 2, April 6, June 1, Aug. 3, Oct. 7 and Dec. 2 — during which buyers can shop all three AmericasMart buildings for gifts, accessories, home furnishings and décor.  “Market Wednesdays” are held from 10 am. – 4 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month when a market is not in session.
